In my VA training, it’s pretty much been drilled into my head that any and every professional who means business, so to speak, is on LinkedIn, or should be. Why is LinkedIn so important?
It’s a social media platform that is (or should be – more on this later) where professionals of all kinds can interact and people can find clients, jobs or employees.

Part of my awesome job is to help coaches with their admin and social media. It’s “work” that I love to do.
Specifically, part of my job is to curate blog articles authored by others, to share on my client’s behalf. This is in addition to setting up her monthly newsletter. Probably the biggest chunk of time, though, is spent on creating/resizing images for my client’s social media, in the form of inspirational or motivational quotes and holidays. (more…)
Client Challenge: Social Media Profile-Building

This client was a published author and well-established businessman in the food and spice supply industry. His published book was not in relation to his industry.
He was struggling with visibility for his book and was looking to get more eyes on it. This, in turn, would hopefully boost sales. It would also pave the way for the second book he was writing, during our time working together. (more…)
