Picture this: it’s the end of the week, Netflix is calling your name (maybe a bottle of wine is as well, who am I to judge?) and you can’t wait to get into pyjamas and call it a day.
In the back of your mind, you know you should probably put a plan in place for next week, but it’s been super stressful and you just want to chill.
Let’s assume you do just chill. Before you know it, it’s Sunday night, and you can’t stop tossing and turning, wondering what the week ahead is going to throw at you. Even if you get a couple of hours of sleep, you possibly wake up a few times thinking about something important you need to take care of this week. And then you can’t shut your brain off.
